Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Markqora are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds once:

• Work has commenced
• Strategy has been shared
• Services have been delivered

2. Cancellation

Clients may cancel ongoing services with written notice. However:

• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• Work completed until cancellation must be paid in full.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if required under applicable Indian law.
